14-day no-questions refund.
If DovePad isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount. No forms, no friction.

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email via GitHub Issues with your license ID and we'll handle the rest.
How to request a refund
- Find your license ID in DovePad → Settings → License, or in your purchase confirmation email.
- Email via GitHub Issues with the subject “Refund request” and include your license ID.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-year get a prorated refund for the remaining full months. You can cancel an annual subscription at any time.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, your license is deactivated and DovePad will revert to trial mode (or stop launching if the trial has expired). Lifetime licenses are non-refundable beyond the 14-day window.
